PwC Management Meeting 2025

Me encouraging folks to fill the front rows.

This September, I had the pleasure of coaching eight speakers for PwC’s annual management meeting — a flagship event that brought together more than 1,000 managers, directors, and partners at Casino 2000 in Mondorf-les-Bains.

Each speaker had under eight minutes to deliver a message that mattered. We had storytelling, a few skits, and some sharp, instructional talks. My role was to help them refine their content, tighten their structure, and connect with the audience — simply and authentically.

I also had the honour of serving as Master of Ceremony, introducing both the speakers I coached and members of the country leadership team, including François Mousel, Olivier Carré, Cécile Liégeois, and Roxanne Haas.

For the second year in a row, it’s been a wonderful experience — intense preparation, great energy on stage, and the joy of seeing people step up and deliver their message with confidence and heart.
